Amazingly Poor Customer Service and Response

I ordered a pair of reading glasses mid February, fully expecting that they would be in stock, since they took the order.

I got an email a few days later saying backordered, 5 days wait - no biggie I wait.

A couple weeks later I do the "Live Chat" and the guy says "tomorrow", so I wait again.

Now over a month later, nothing! no glasses, no help, just excuses!

Amazingly poor customer service, responses, help - nothing.

I will never order from these guys again!

(Oh yeah, I was before a huge fan telling all my friends and ordering lots of stuff here - now it will be the opposite!)

I agree that back-orders are no fun. What's your order number so that I can look into and explain what caused the delay with the manufacturer?

Ordered a Crimson Trace Laser grip, first problem, they sent it through UPS Mail Innovations, who sent it to MO twice! I live in Illinois!!! Next when my package arrives, ITS EMPTY! Then they tell me they won't send a replacement or refund me "until they get to the bottom of this". Clearly someone in the office took the item because the packaging was undamaged!!! This company has HORRIBLE customer service! Contact Crimson Trace direct so you don't have to deal with this BS company.

Worst customer service ever. Optics planet will never get a dime from me , EVER. Ordered 2 pairs of the exact same camo pants 6 months ago , every month they yessed me about how it was shipping out next week or next month. Then they lied about an email they never sent cancling my order. Go to hell optics planet.

Oh man, that is horrible. I am very sorry for the experience you had. Cantact our customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor. They will listen and get you the answers you need and deserve.
