Persol 714 expert advise needed!

So I am currently debating between purchasing a pair of traditional Persol 714's and the Special Steve McQueen edition. Sunglass Hut sells the 714 model in Havana (dark tortoise shell) with blue polarized lenses: http://www.sunglasshut.com/us/63637 . These are different from the Special Steve McQueen edition 714s: http://www.persol.com/USA/collections/s ... PO0714SM#b .

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a difference between these models besides the folding mechanism (the special edition fold inward instead of downward) and polarized/non-polarized lenses? Is one model superior to the other?

I think the Persol PO0714 Sunglasses are very cool. there doesn't seem to be a difference at all.
