This was a hard one. I wasn't able to find that exact model but the look and style is very popular this season. Try these few suggestions:

DSquared DQ0071 Sunglasses

Montblanc MB363S Sunglasses

Prada Sunglasses PR25MS

Like I said, they aren't exact but pretty darn close. 8)
