First of all, I want to thank all of those that have contacted me and encouraged me to respond regarding one sick individuals attempt at ruining the reputations of sellers on eBay or elsewhere so he can sell his own glasses. For that person, here are two words you should learn- defamation and libel. Since you have brought it upon yourself to tell buyers lies about my Sunset sunglasses in particular to try and stop buyers from purchasing from me, I thought I would post my own pictures of my glasses to set the record straight once and for all and I will let the pictures do the talking.

Has the integrity of this forum been compromised by one person having a conversation with himself??? The answer is yes.

People ask me all the time about fake Oliver Peoples glasses and I tell them all the same thing; There are no fakes and fakes are not a problem with Oliver Peoples glasses.

For the poster trying to create nonexistent problems, I have a proposition for you. Since you claim that you have seen people selling LOTS of fake Sunsets, go ahead and back that claim up for me. As an incentive, I will pay you $100 for pictures of each pair of fake Oliver Peoples Sunset frames you have found for sale on eBay in the past. It's amazing that not only are you the only person to see fake Sunsets, but that you've seen quite a few. Also please provide proof on how you know each pair is fake.

It's okay for you sell your glasses, and it's not necessary to falsely attack and sabotage others because it will only reflect poorly on you and you have clearly crossed the lime.

I know on 100% about user which wrote about potentially fake OP glasses, he loves OP idea and conception at all, not just glasses.

He doesn't need the money in general.

He just wants to see everything as honestly and clearly, in that case everyone will have benefits.

I believe you honest and fair person and according with your previous post my questions are real simple:

1) Those new Sunsets that you have came to you directly from OP?

Is that opportunity to purchase Sunset /Aero/523 open for everyone?

Maybe less than 2000-3000$ like your price?

2) How many OP 523 and Sunsets you sold for last 2 years? More than 20-25 totally? More?

3) Why you deleted most of all yours previous photos from those transaction?

Maybe because some your Sunsets for example looks different?

Weight? Numbers on the bridge of the nose have your all previous sold Sunsets?

What about OP 523.

Some of them frames you sold as titanium or authentic just metal alloy?

I am agree with your proposition about recognizing fakes Sunsets in past if you show for everyone all real photos with real information that you sold ;)

What's with the interrogation? Let's get one thing straight, I am not here to educate you or anyone else about Oliver Peoples Sunglasses. If you have questions, go ask the people at Oliver Peoples. They actually get paid to do this and some of them will do their best to answer the endless amount of question you have.

Don't like the price, don't buy. Don't want to buy from me, that's your choice. I'm not desperate and I couldn't care less if my Sunsets sell or not. It's that simple and I do get my glasses directly from Oliver Peoples which means that I am the original owner.

You are right I have sold over 25 pairs of the Op-523 and many pairs of Sunsets, so I guess that would qualify me as an expert. I've owned Op-523s and Sunsets in every color made, and the markings can be inconsistent between colors and releases and not all Sunsets and Op-523s are marked in the bridge. FYI, I've also sold over 25 pairs of other models as well and have sold/sell countless other Oliver Peoples frames besides the Op-523 and Sunset.

Made yesterday? Not possible because my Sunsets are engraved and Oliver Peoples has switched to print writing. The sunsets are in new condition because they are unworn and kept in an airtight baggie. The reason why you see the problems with deterioration and discoloration on frames like the Sunset is because of the oils from the skin that get on the frame from wearing it.

You're spending a little too much time watching everything I do. Your worried about the pictures I take? Sunsets looking different? You're really stretching now. Not sure why I need to continue to defend myself to you, but I always add at least one picture of the actual item through eBay on each item I sell and they can't be deleted after an item sales. eBay eventually deletes the pictures from old auctions, not me. Photobucket pictures may get deleted but I am the owner of those pictures and I can do with them whatever I want, and although this is none of your business, I do have problems with people taking pictures from my old auctions and using them to sell their glasses.

Not trying to ruin anyone's reputation??? I would say that telling people to report someone to eBay and Oliver Peoples is a great way to ruin a person's reputation. And for what? Owning and selling awesome glasses? Not illegal last time I checked, and that was completely uncalled for.

I have nothing to prove, and direct any further questions you have to Oliver Peoples. This has been a complete waste of my time. I willingly provided not just 1 or 2 but 10 detailed pictures of my Sunsets, and I am done here.

Also, no need to mock my previous response. You are lucky to be getting a response at all and any and all personal attacks should be left out of this forum. I could just as easily mention your bad English, but I'd rather take the high road.
