SunglassHut is owned by Luxottica and Luxottica owns Oakley. You will not find fakes at that retailer as well as OpticsPlanet.com.

I have worn many types of sunglasses, but I'm really interested in Ray Ban RB3016 Classic Clubmaster Sunglasses review is very well built and cleanly finished and best price. Why do not you try this?

Right on my topic..ever since ive bought sunnies ive always have bought cheapo under $20 sunnies not becausei carnt afford it but ive always been a mega tightass..but recently this past month ive been out late night shopping and always walked pass sunglass hut..after trying there sunnies out I smiled at there prices and said thankyou...I went online/ebay and bought myself a pair of maui jims kahunas (which is made of glass) for $80 cheaper then sunnyhut..I do like them alot but they do feel abit heavy..thinking to myself heavy means good quality :) the following week I walked by sunnyhut again and saw/tried some raybans that looked really cool so I got there model number and bought them online also saving $120 my raybans are made of poly..which are so light and comfortable a pleasure to wear...the clarity also is superb..loving the high end products...I would recommend polycarbonate for it is just as good as glass in clarity and much lighter...or until it scratches .. was also looking into tag heuer sunglasses but theres not much information on how good their lenses are and there prices is off the roof...oh well might stick with what u know for now...thx 4 reading

Thank you so much for the feedback. This is what everyone needs to read. Tag Heuer Sunglasses offer high end materials and with a high fashion sense. Ray-Ban is just as good and in a more affordable price point.

Thank you again!

I recently went to sun glass hut and bought a pair of Armani sunglasses. I didn't pay much attention to detail, just looks. Was in a hurry! I had them for 3 days and realized they weren't polarized. Plus there was a big sign on side, made in China. I returned them quickly, they were very uncomfortable and really cheap made. I already own a pair of polarized ray ban's but i just haven't wore them that much. They are brown tint and clear. But when I returned the Armani glasses I tried Ralph Lauren, Versace, Gucci, and ect. The Maui Jim's were by far the best in clarity and quality. They are a crisp clear. I could tell the difference in clarity by putting my ray bans on, then the Maui Jim's. They are by far the best glasses I've had in a while. They are worth the xtra cost.

I just tried to post, as my first contribution to the forum, a considered reply to this topic .... I was told that it was spam and had been 'denied' :(
Not a very friendly welcome!

as far as the "polarized lens technologies", all brands from all manufacturers use the same polarizer, a Polaroid H-Sheet. The differences come from only from the method of application and from the other treatments that may be used to enhance the effect of the polarizer (mirrored finish, color-enhancer, etc.).
