Genesis VP Hand Held Radar
What is the distance range of this unit and how accurate is it at maximum distances?
- dentist
Hi,
On a clear day with little to no obstruction, the accurate range of these units is over a mile for the average sedan and much farther for larger vehicles. If the police officer sees you coming, chances are he or she has an accurate speed reading on you long before you will ever see them.

They are very accurate, even at maximum distance. Like I said, they will have an accurate reading on your speed long before you know they're there.
