old velocity model that cant display kph can it be updated

I haw one old model on the display only mph lite up on start.
it cant be change to kph

As i work on Sweden television as commentator its required to tell speed in kph.
Can this in some way be fixed by example change the display pc board to the latest model of pc board

ore by soldering on it to change it permanent to kph

as i already spent 130dollar on this it feels bad to trow it away and buy a new when it works fine in mph

i haw the pc board name and rev its as follow

progress instruments digital brd 56005-045-00 rev 3

Hi

Sorry, no way to update and not really cost effective, as you mentioned, to alter it. Be cheaper just to buy a new unit.

i was trying to order a new from optics planets.com
but as my paypal was not verified optic canceled the order

as i change credit-card (old expired) i went from verified to not
i did not know that
i cant see way this stopped my order money are still pending on pay pal
therefore i was thinking of what i can do with the one i haw
