Jugs Cordless and Decatuer Prospeed

I heard that the jugs gun measures the ball 1 foot out of the hand of a pitcher. Does this effect apply to the prospeed also? I am ordering 250 of these for my Reds scouts since their guns are getting out of shape. I am willing to buy it through you guys if you can supply me the exact information on the effects of these. We want guns that can display faster speeds as we are trying to match what other organizations are getting. Slower speeds would mean LESS TALENT. Please help us here. I know the prospeed has dsp technology also, but does that mean that is the factor in determining the speed whe the ball is a foot out of a pitcher's hand? Decatur makes the Jugs and the Decatur Prospeed is basically the same gun. I doubt there is anything the Jugs can do that the Prospeed cannot also do.
