tunning fork

Postby Johnnybaseball on Tue Feb 06, 2007 2:48 pm

I just purchased the sra3000 from your company and it comes with a tunning fork but no where in the instruction manual can I find mention of what to do with the tunning fork.
Thank you for you assistance.

Hi

All the tuning fork does is tell you if the unit is in calibration. Should read 50mph when you hit the fork and hold it front of the gun. If it needs calibration, you need to send the unit back to the factory. Not a do-it-yourself job.

The SRA3000 that have just recently bought is reading 66 - 67 mile hour
with tuning folk and the readings seems to be very low can you please explain if this is normal?
