I wonder if this 20-60x eyepiece means I can arrange the magnification beginning from 20x to 60 x manually..or does it mean 20x magnification and 60 degree?

Thank you for your interest in www.OpticsPlanet.com. That eyepiece is a variable magnification anywhere between 20x and 60x. That is a general size eyepiece in most spotting or telescopes. Depending on the size of your scope, the magnification might be different. I hope this has been helpful. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
