Magnifier for Valentine's Day

do you have any other devices like:

Nikon 10x Jewelry Loupe Jeweler Pocket Round Magnifier - 6947 $67.95
I do not want less than 10X and would be interested even if a little more expensive.

If you do not have an alternate, I would like to wait for the new shipment.
Would like to give it for Valentine's day so I would appreciate a rush delivery (at your cost since you should have kept the proper stock levels) in order to have it delivered by Valentine's Day. If you get your new supply in time for the 5 day UPS delivery, then I fully expect the UPS delivery. Just want to have it here for Valentine's Day
