What are the dimensions of the B&L lenscope? Is this item the smallest lighted 10x (or about) magnifier you have?

Hi
Overall length on the Bausch & Lomb Lenscope Magnifier is 144mm. The Bausch & Lomb Illuminated Coddington 81-34-34 has a smaller lens, but is shorter in length at 48mm.
