Hello does Optics planet carry a Blackhawk SERPA CQC holster for a full size Heckler & Koch USP 40 or 45?

Yes. One of them is the 410514BK-L. Type Serpa USP into the search box for more options.

I just purchase this holster for my M&P 40 and my concern is that the hard case will eventually scratch my gun from holstering. Does anyone have any feedback on this issue?

Every holster will eventually wear on your pistol. Kydex style holsters will do this faster than leather for sure. I have a 4105 CQC that I use with an XD of mine. It leaves some marks, but I use my pistol. Its not a show piece, its a used tool. If you want to keep a pistol looking new, its best to stay with a nice leather holster with a suede lining.

The mk25 is a p226 but the rail is not the same as the normal railed p226 and will not fit in a normal p226 holster. There are tons of forums with same issue. Imi makes one for it and in forums you will see other possibilities but its not a big list.
