Well I ordered a holster and a mag holder on the 23 of April and am still waiting for it to be delivered. The item is not scheduled to arrive until May 1st, that is slow. I looked into it and notice that the payment info wasn't even received by Optics Planet until 3 days later. I used paypal and find that amount of delay poor customer service. I would not recommend using Paypal for a payment method, use your CC direct with OP. This is not the first time Paypal has been slow to process and order or send fees, but it will be the last. I am done with Payscam. OP should drop this crap service from Paypal.

Sorry about the delay. Without your order number we can't tell what happened. If you used an echeck through Paypal it takes a few days to clear, or it may have been a compliance related hold issue which could slow things. Send an email to sales@opticsplanet.com with your order number and we could find out for you. Sorry about the delay, in any case.

I ordered a Blackhawk accesory rail, 2 mag holders and a flashlight holder and requested payment through paypal. The product was shipped same day and arrived to me in 2 days time. Paypal transaction was seamless. I'm sure the CSRs at OP will take care of any trouble you had.

I paid thru PayPal and the website showed the order was on compliance hold. I paid for the expedited shipping and had to have my holster in 3 business days.
I called customer servise and they informed me the website was slow but the order shipped the day I placed the order. I received it in 2 days.
Paypal was quick and OP was also efficient.
The webmaster needs to step up his game, as well as send the shipping conformation showing the item was shipped.
That was the only problem I had. I will continue to do business with OP and use PP.
