BLackhawk accesory rail system

I just received my Blackhawk accesory rail system BW-HT-410800CBK and I am loving it. It did not come with the 2 small hooks the grab the belt like my CQC holster did. Should it have? My order # is 2083058.

No, ranchome, none of the accessory paddles have the two belt hooks. Thanks for the business!
