As of February 2008 the new satellite PRN32 is activated for GPS Navigation. I know that North Star GPS units need an up-date software to accomodate the PRN32 signal. Question: are 7 year old Garmin GPS mariner units effected by the signal change or is the software to receive PRN32 allready built in?

I think you're going to need to contact Garmin on that one.
