Hello everyone,
I just wanted to ask for your proposal in terms of buying the GPS device for using it in skydiving (wingsuit flights). The idea is quite simple: I'm looking for a GPS device which would be capable of saving the flight path data (coordinates) during my wingsuit flights which would allow me to:
1. See the flight trajectory on the screen after the flight;
2. See all the flight details (e.g. speed & altitude graphs etc.)
3. Save the data about my flights in a log book.
Since the device is supposed to be taken with me into the plane and used in a freefall it shouldn't be too big and heavy.
What kind of GPS could you advice?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Blue skies!
Andrey

Hi,
Sorry, we have nothing for this. You might want to try a place that sells skydiving equipment. They will at least have some sort of computer to track altitude changes at that rate. Not sure about the GPS for this, though. Try giving Garmin a call.
