Does Optronics NightBlaster Series Xenon Magnum kit come with the 6V battery and charger?

Hi,
There is no charger supplied with the Optronics NightBlaster Series Xenon Magnum 350-Yard Gunlight Kit. It is only supplied with a 12 volt cigarette lighter plug.
