I have set up a telescope and when i look through the eyepiece i cant see anything like there is this thing called crosshairs in the way. It is the North Star goto 78-8846 and it already come assembled you just have to set up the stands so i was wondering if you need to take off anything inside the telescope because i can see anything!

Thank you for your interest in The Bushnell Goto Northstar scope, ... -comp.html, is an excellent starter scope.

You should have two small eyepieces, a 20mm and 4mm, that came with the scope, as well as a long barlow lens. Start with just the 20mm eyepiece in the scope. Make sure that is locked in tight, try focusing with that eyepiece first. If you still have something impairing your vision, there might be a problem with the scope. Also on that page is a link to the instruction manual, if you need a copy of that as well.

I hope this has been helpful. Good Luck.
Best Regards,
Stan Mack
