Buying the Celestron NexStar 8 SE Telescope, what acc??
Hi folks,
Soon I am going to purchase the Celestron NexStar 8 SE Telescope and am wondering what accessories I should purchase when I do. I want to get up and running the same time I make the purchase of the telescope, but at the same time do not want to waste money on lesser accessories such as eyepieces and filters that are not good quality. I'll need a case for it for sure. Also I will be using the telescope for astrophotography and am aware I will need a T-ring for my camera and a T-adapter for the telescope.
Any and all suggestions appreciated.
Thanks

Hi
The first thing you should lalways get with a serious telescope is more eyepieces. At this level, only one is supplied and you should have at least three eyepieces to cover all the bases in astronomy. For a decent quality eyepiece kit, try the Meade Series 5000 07678 Excellent Plossls.
For a case, see the 302070.
