What is a good telescope for viewing landscape, ships and astronomy?

Hi
A good choice is a spotting scope that can use telescope eyepieces, such as the Celestron C5 or a Televue, such as the TV85. This gives you access to greater magnification than a typical spotting scope - an advantage for astronomy.
