nextstar 130 shaky blurred viewing. Eye pcs. cleaned and protected in non use. Tripod location doesnt have effect on clarity on way or other. What to do to correct?

There are amny, many variables involved in image quality when using a telescope and chief among these is the atmosphere, but also type of mount, eyepieces used, objects you are viewing, eyepiece quality, scope collimation, location (yes, this does count)just to name a few.

If you are a beginner, the single biggest beginner mistake is too much magnification. If you are trying to squeeze much more than 150-175x out of a 5" telescope, you are wasting your time, and you will only get that much on a night of good seeing.
