Will need more info to ID a scope, sorry. If that's a serial number and I suspect it is, Celestron may be able to ID it for you that way. Give them a call at 310-803-5955
A wild guess on my part is that it is a Schmidt-Cassegrain because that is a type of telescope that is virtually a Celestron icon. If so, the tube will resemble this, though this type of optical tube can be mounted on several types of mounts, a fork mount such as a CPC being the most common. The scope probably has a dust cap on the front you may want to lift off to get more info. The numbers on the ring around the front lens (or corrector plate) will also reveal a lot about the telescope's identity.
