Scope torque tool

What's the best quality tool for applying torque to scope etc There are a few to pick from what's the best value

I use the Wheeler Fat Wrench for myself. One of my colleagues has the Weaver wrench. Both come with a number of bits and are comparable in terms of quality. Either one will work well for you.
