Hi,
I'm looking for a digital scope or binoculars that will allow me to stream the image to my laptop via USB cable. I have seen a few models with cameras but I don't want or need that added feature. Is there anything out there that suits my needs. Thanks.

No, not without camera. That feature is an extra on some models with a camera, but not going to find it as an only feature.
