Perry Mason & Company spyglass (Boston)

I have an old spyglass that i want some information on. It's solid brass and it has an engraving of "Perry Mason and Co. Boston" on it. I was wondering how old it might be and how much it might be worth. I'll post some pictures of it if requested. Any help would be great. Thanks.
