Nikon 885/4300 and Bushnell Natureview Spotting Scope

Postby KL on Sun Nov 14, 2004 11:15 pm

I have a Nikon 4300 (higher resolution 885).
Try to find an inexpensive scope that I can connect to 4300.
It look like Bushnell Natureview 78-1645 may be the one, it comes with a camera adaptor.
What else do I need for 4300, a 28mm-to-Tmount adaptor?

Hi

The Bushnell Natureview, http://www.opticsplanet.com/bushnell-na ... 45x60.html as well as the Bausch&Lomb Discoverer offer a camera mount, http://www.opticsplanet.com/camera-adapter.html, as an option. It does not come with either spotting scope.

This camera mount is actually designed for 35mm SLR, but if you can find a T-C adapter, you should be able to mount your Nikon Coolpix to either spotting scope.

For an adapter, try Scopetronix at http://www.scopetronix.com/
