Can anyone give me any advice as to whether the bushnell guns would be accurate for youth soccer? I would only be using it as a trainnig aid. My though is that I could set directly behind the net and have them kick straight at me.
Will this work with a sub $100 gun? If so, which would be the best choice?
Thanks alot....Appreciate the help

Hi

The Bushnell will be marginal behind a net. You typically have to have an unobstructed shot to get the this one to work. A better option here is a stationary model such as the Sports Radar DT-100, http://www.opticsplanet.net/sports-radar-dt100-detector-radar-gun.html

How about if I shot from the side of the players foot.

Or being that a soccer goal has 3" mesh, I am sure I could shoot between that.

I am willing to fiddle with it a bit to get the right angle and veiw,

Am I delusional or will this work?

Thanks for your help
