out of stock problem again + price match

* Optics planet stated best customer support, I already two days no responding from them.
* Optics planet stated best price guarantee but 2 day cannot decide price match with binocular.com?
* again out of stock problem, buyer has to wait for long time on the same time waiting for restocking when other seller having cheaper price and Optics planet start to ignore buyer for better price?
* Optics planet stated 100% guarantee satifactions, I now really 100% not satifactions.



So now cancel the Order 2281741 Reference 1469609. I only can post it here because my email was ignored.

Hi Chew,

I apologize that you are unhappy. I looked at your order and did see that you are one of our international customers and must understand that every international order must go thru our exports department. This is standard practice for any company with does international shipping. It also looks like the order was placed very recently on the night of July 21, just 2 business days ago. I'm curious as to if you inquired about price matching? I do not see that you emailed in requesting one? If you found a better price we would certainly try to match it per our policy. You may also want to check your spam filter on your email. An email from a customer is never ignored and responded to as soon as possible. If you emailed in over the weekend you should get a response very soon. If you still wish to cancel your order please let me know and I will do so.

if you know how to read post, use the above order number track see when I order is 21 of july 2011 not 25 july you lier. see this is opticsplanet :twisted:

I see your order was canceled so we did respond to your emails. I'm a little confused to your last post. I did write July 21st and you quoted me at writing July 21st, so I do not know why you stated July 25th at all. In the future pleas feel free to ask any questions about stock status and price matching. Also, be weary that international shipping an payment verification will take a few business days to complete.
