First & Last order with OpticsPlanet
I hope you interpret this message as constructive criticism and not an attack. There's an old saying in the business world..."You never get a second chance to make a first impression."
My first order and impression of your company is not a good one. The item that I attempted to purchase was not in stock. I realize you folks have low prices & free S&H as well as broad product selection. This is all just window dressing & empty promises if your customers can't reliably order and receive these products in a timely manner. You folks need to update to a real time inventory control system. I will not make another purchase from your company until you do so.
FYI, I went over to Amazon & purchased the same item & it was one dollar more expensive & included free S&H. Plus they have a real time inventory control system. If you're going to stay in business & grow, you need to be better then your competitors. It seems you need to make some improvements.
