when you cancel your order shouldnt you get conformation e mail saying its canceld anyone have them charge you after you cancel your order

still havent received email confirming my cancelation cant this be handled without a phone call ive already made five or so without any action on getting my product i orderd this could have been over a month ago if you just said you didnt have it or guranteed it on sevral ocaions
