Always on back order!!!!!!!!!!
Why the hell don't they have a status indicated before ordering.
I always find out week or so later when I haven't received it and check status!
This is the last time I order from these guys!

I'm sorry that you've had trouble with backorders! We do our best to keep as much in stock as possible, but sometimes the more popular products in our store can be delayed due to demand. We also provide a "Check product availability" function below each product in our store, which will give you an estimated ship time and let you know if a product is in stock.
With that being said, I hate to see that you've had so much trouble. Mistakes happen and we want to own up to it. If you pass on your most recent order number, I'll have it looked into right away and see if we can work out something awesome for you. We'll also use your feedback to see if we can improve some of the processes in the future. If you're constantly having trouble, we've got to adjust for it!
Again, I apologize that you've had problems with our system. I look forward to getting this resolved ASAP!
