Problems with order 682707

How convenient to be a big brother!
On 02 July I posted the following message:

I am an "international customer". My problems started during ordering procedure:
my country is too small to have any states, but the 'state' field cannot be left blank.
I have put there "Not applicable", and this "Not applicable" immediately became part
of my shipping address. I wrote an e-mail asking to remove it from there, but my e-mail
was ignored. Instead, I received a lengthy message describing verification procedures
for non-US credit cards. After examining these procedures I found them unacceptable to
me. I replied with a new e-mail, dated Wed, 01 Jul 2009 11:35:49 +0300, asking to CANCEL
IMMEDIATELY my order. My e-mail was ignored again. Check of my order status showed that
my order is still on hold. Check with my credit card company showed that OpticsPlanet
transaction is still pending. They did not get the money yet, but eventually, in few days,
they will. I am under impression that they are deliberately ignoring my explicit request
to CANCEL MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY. It seems to me that they trying to get the money and then
to ship the merchandise in spite of my cancellation request. I find this ignorative
behaviour inappropriate, and I think that any prospective international customers should
be aware about it.

Instead answer to it, it was simply deleted
How after that can somebody trust this site?

Your order WAS cancelled and you were sent an email. Your money was approved but never taken.
