Hi, I ordered two cases in September, but because one of the cases went (out of stock) after placing the order, I had to wait nearly a month to finally receive them yesterday. To my dismay, one of the cases arrived with both lower inserts torn. Attached is a picture of what appears to be tear marks along the top edges.

No customer should be expected to wait this long just to find out they were shipped damaged goods.
Will Opticsplanet send out both replacement inserts soon? Or will this need to undergo a RMA or some other process?
