Customer Forced to Resolve Shipping Problems
I talked to UPS today and they said OPI called and told them to hold it for pickup. Then they told me I could have given tem a suite number and gotten it delivered for free if I called before OPI had told them to hold it.
When I called OPI back, they essentially said tough luck, we did what we thought was right. Now I either pay ten bucks through OPI (no way) or take a cab and 1/2 hour of my time to get the goods.
Bad system; bad customer service and bad attitude.
I could have been a customer for life; now I'm an enemy for life. Never again OPI.
