I looking for status on order #792199. The shipping date on the status page shows 11/16/09. I haven't received a shipping email. My last order for a different Bolle model arrived about 5 days after the ship date. I'm wondering what may have happened to this order.

I am unalble to use the contact form because it won't accept the verification code - the code is clear but I still get an error.
