Purchased a Yukon

Ranger. Offered on your webpage was a 2x lens that can be added to create a package bundle deal. I purchased the extra 2x lens to complete the bundle. After testing the Ranger with the original lens I tried to remove the original lens and a piece of the lens broke off into the housing body. Not good. I called Yukon
to discuss the problem and they said the objective lens on the Ranger was not removable. I would have to pay for repairs myself. Your webpage implies that the optional lens and other accessories are compatible with the main unit and that is false. I called your customer service and they bascially said take a hike, you are out of the 30 day return window. Purchased Jan 7. Asked to talk to a manager (someone named Nichols) and have not received a call back. So basically I trusted that Opticsplanet knew what you were selling and I was wrong. I am now stuck with a broken Ranger and an extra lens for some unit that I don't even own.
