Ray Ban Eyeglasses
Hi Ralph,
All lens materials but CR-39 that are available with our Ray Ban eyeglasses (as well as with all other prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses we sell) come with anti-scratch coating. On CR-39 you can add Anti-Scratch coating at additional $8.00.

So, if i choose polycarbonate as the lens material, I do not have to select anti-scratch coating and pay additional 8 bucks and will still get this coating. Is that correct?

Correct. Polycarbonate lenses are manufactured with anti-scratch and UV protection coatings built in. If you choose polycarbonate as the lens material when placing an order for Ray Ban eyeglasses on-line, you don’t need either to select those coatings from the menu, or to pay for them additionally.
