Correct lens for Cylinder?

Trying to find some new glasses for my girlfriend, and trying to find out what lenses I need to get, Cr-39 is the only one that lists a range on cylinder, is it the only one that has a range? Her prescription is

R: Sph +1.00 Cyl -6.00 Axis 05
L: Sph PL Cyl -4.75 Axis 175

I would recommend High Index 1.67. This lens material will work the best for her prescription (the astigmatism is little bit high for regular CR-39).
