I was wondering what is the largest pair of frames that are available for the Wayfarer style.

I was also wondering how you measure the frames sizes.

I would say the largest Ray-Ban Wayfarer frame is RB 2132 in 55mm size. If you would like to turn this frame into eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses, take a look at Ray-Ban Prescription Wayfarer 2132.

The frame size is usually imprinted either inside of on one of the temples or on the nose bridge. For Ray-Ban 2132 in 55 mm size you will see "55 [] 18" on the left arm. "55 [] 18" stands for 55 mm eye size (effective diameter of a lens) and 18 mm nose bridge. In order to roughly calculate how wide the glasses will be, you can multiply the number for the eye size by 2 and add the measurement for the nose bridge: 55x2 + 18 = 128mm.

The second largest Wayfarer frame is Ray Ban 2140 in 54 mm size. Again you can choose between Ray Ban RB 2140 with plano Ray-Ban lenses or Ray-Ban Prescription Wayfarer 2140 with Rx lenses. The 54 mm model features 54 mm eye size and 18 mm bridge. If you do the same calculations, you will see that these sunglasses are just 2 mm smaller than RB 2132.
