Problem with my order #1348383‏

Hi guys
I placed an order of RB prescription sunglasses on 1st april. I have not received my glasses and no one seems to email me back from opticsplanet from last 10 days. Just wanted to know if any other people faced same issues. I am getting really worried :(

I reside outside USA so calling will be a bit of a problem. Can you give me an alternative email address. I have been emailing to eyewear@opticsplanet.com but no reply. I did use to get reply before but not now. Please email me about teh status of my order please :(

I got an email after I had posted here. If you were in my situation I am sure you would have been frustrated too. I had already planned to buy more but if you guys take more than 45days after the order to ship that is just insane.

Hello,

Sometimes the 2-3 weeks that our customers read and agree to when placing a prescription order can be ignored or forgotten. When delays occur this can further cause frustration. I am excited to give you the tracking number this afternoon. Please remember that your order now must travel from the US to Pakistan. This of course will take time.

We are very sorry for the delay.

Yea I realize that shipping to Pakistan will take a few days. I hope it gets shipped this week at least. I think I deserve special discount for my next order lol. Get it shipped Larumd :(

I've been waiting almost three weeks hoping to get tracking information on my order too. I've only received an email confirming my order and one which thanked me for my purchase and asked that I review and comment but no tracking information. I have no idea as to the status of my order and the "check order status" page is useless.
