Will my order ever get here?
Before i even placed my order, i talked to one of the sales reps and asked him if i placed an order will it get here before the end of January. He assured me that it would be here before the end of the month.
Well it's now the 27th, and looking at my order tracking info, there's no signs of it even being done.
I've had shades shipped from Japan come faster than this...
Could you give me something to reference your order like a order number? I will be happy to get you the answers you need.

Ray-Ban had a lengthy backorder on the Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer in your size and color. It then became discontinued. We tried to help by placing a new order for the frame from Italy because they had remaining stock available. Italy shipped the order on the 28th of January. It should be at the lab on Monday. Please call me and let me know if you still want to wait with us.

1.Before I even placed the order back in December, you guys should have let me know that you didn't have shades in stock, either directly on the product page or in an email. Your CS reps assured me that my order would get here before the 1st of Feb. (which was a lie).I even emailed several of your CS people to ask what is going on with my order, and they told me that i should be receiving my shades within a couple of days.
I don't mind when things take time to get here or when an issue occurs. I just don't like being lied to. I was lied to since the beginning, not one person told me the truth.

First, you can't get my order right, now you won't even give me my money back!
When I spoke to you on the phone this afternoon I told you that certain banks take longer than others to show a credit. Did you ask you bank how long it would show up? I advised you to do that. Some can take 2 business days to show up. I know mine does. We have in fact issued you a credit.
We are not in the business of lying or stealing. There was a delay in frame and your credit has been issued. We did not receive an A+ rating with the B2B with shady practices.
