I have a polystinger and would like to get the upgrade kit for the ultra head will this fit and how much will I gain. I believe the polystinger is 15k..

No, Streamlight 78003 SuperStinger Flashlight Ultra Head Upgrade Kit is only designed to work with the older Superstinger. Not for use with Stinger.

Unfortunately, at this time there is not an upgrade kit for the Polystinger.
