my question is about the charge system, can Pelican StrealthLite 2450 Recharg. Xenon Dive Light System be used also in Europe, with only plug adapter ?

Pelican StrealthLite 2450 Recharg. Xenon Dive Light System is standard, 100 Volt. You will need to purchase an adapter, locally.
