This will be a Christmas gift purchase for my daughter.
Yukon YU-SS-20-50X50 vs Bushnell 78-7332, are these the same scopes except for the difference in magnification or is one better than the other?
Why the large price difference?
Can a side strap be mounted so that it could be held with one hand through the strap like you see on some units?

Hi
These use a similar optical design and will perform much the same. The Yukon offers a waterproof option not available on the Bushnell for a higher price.
We don't recommend a hand strap to use these, especially at higher magnifications. To steady these, you will need to support them on a tripod. _________________ ----------------------
