:?: how much magnification do i need in a microscope to view coccidiosis in fowl feces

Hi

Bacteria are typically studied at the highest magnifications on a compound microscope. If you are serious about studying bacteria, you will need to learn staining techniques and select a microsocpe with a 100x oil immersion objective.
