Celestron Junior Microscope
is this microscope suitable for studying diamonds? i need one for diamonds with 10x and 20x magnification

No, this is not a good choice for that application. The study of gems requires optics with a high degree of color correction. A good 10x jeweler's loupe, for instance, is the Nikon 10x Jewelry Triplet Loupe Pocket Magnifier 6947, is a good choice for hand inspection.
For more magnification, a quality dissecting microscope such as the LOMO SF-100 Stereo Microscope is needed.
