Hi
If you go the Leupold route, you must have a camera with filter threads around the lens or a camera that can be fitted with accessory bracket that supplies threads. The Leupold supplies 58, 52, 43, 37, 28mm lens thread adapters. If your camera does not have one of these you must head to a camera shop and find a step ring.
The bad news is that we don't list such an accessory bracket for the Canon SD400, so unles you can find something, this adapter is not an option. The good news is that a universal adapter, such as the Alpen 706, will take as good a pic and will work with nearly any spotting scope and camera combination, inclusing this one.
