Leupold Mark 4, 30mm scope rings

Our department sniper rifles need scope ringsfor their mark 4 scopes. I'm pretty sure the scopes are 30mm and will need the medium height rings. I need to know if they can be returned if they're the wrong size. I also need to know how long it would take to deliver them.
