Hi -

Read the recommendation for the B&L tripod for a Yukon scope. I just got a 6-100 X 100mm Yukon and see that it has a square 1 1/2" grooved square piece on the bottom. Does this piece detach and then you screw the scope directly onto a tripod mount or do I need an adapter for a tripod to fit the Yukon scope?
Thanks

Hi

You shouldn't need an adapter for the Yukon. On the bottom of this square piece you should see two threaded holes. The smaller of the two will be standard 1/4x20 thread for any tripod including the B&L
